Give Customers ability to filter out orders that do not have proposed shipments. Currently customers can filter by orders that are only missing proposed shipments but not the other way around.

Remove "USPS" from the options that comes up on "compare carrier rates list". USPS loses packages or the shipments gets stuck at places for far too long. Customer wants to remove the option on USPS entirely from the available options so that their warehouse doesn't select USPS by mistake.

Some customers do not have weight or dimensions stored in their systems. When they ship, they enter the weight (and sometimes dimensions) at the time of shipping. During the fulfillment process, when the weight and dimension are captured, the system should automatically select the best carrier/service rate that meets the customer delivery expectation at the time of fulfillment without making the user manually compare rates or select the carrier/service.

Add Shipping Policies and Rating Rules that tell Smart Packing to use LTL instead of parcel when package count exceeds certain thresholds. E.g. Most recipients would prefer 1 pallet instead of dozens of individual packages, even if would be cheaper to ship it that way.
