Include time of shipment in NetSuite Write-backs

I need precise time of shipment to run performance reports - eg: orders packed per hour (RenewCo)

We can NOT do recipient and 3rd Party Billing to international locations now.

Add FedEx Express Freight services to Rule Action "Do Not Use this Carrier Service" in Rating Rules Engine

Allow users to exclude FedEx 1, 2, or 3 Day Freight, FedEx First Overnight Freight, etc., services. The "Do Not Use this Service" rule currently limits Three-Day, Two-Day, Next Day services for Small Parcel carriers only, and could be misleading for users trying to set such a rule for their LTL shipments.

Add filters 'created by' and 'by warehouse' for the shipments.

Requirements: Add an option 'Warehouse' under Filter Shipments in the Shipments page. - This must allow the user to filter shipment records displayed in the page by the assigned warehouse - The selection must be a drop-down which lists the name of the all existing warehouses in the account. Add an option 'Created By' under Filter Shipments in the Shipments page. - This must allow the user to filter shipment records displayed in the page by the user who made the shipment. - The selection must be a drop-down which lists the first and last name of all existing users in the account Business case/customer benefit; examples: Teamson is saying that they could filter shipments by warehouse and by the user that created the shipment and that it is an essential feature that’s impacting their daily workflow and something they had with Shipstation before moving to ShipHawk. They got used to this feature and would like to have it in ShipHawk UI. * What this allows the customer to do that they could not do before It will allow to filter the shipments by warehouse or by the user that created the shipment. * How this saves the customer time It will save time when selecting all the shipments assigned to the particular warehouse or that were created by the particular user.

Create the possibility to Prevent ShipHawk users except for admin users from shipping partially fulfilled orders

One of our customers would like to prevent users (except for admin users) from shipping partially fulfilled orders based on the proposed shipment items. Users will still need to see the orders in ShipHawk. They wanna prevent users (except for admin users) from bypassing the popup that says “are you sure you want to partially ship this order? When not all line items are selected.”

Ability to Add Flag (TV) to SKUs so it Can't Rotate Freely

Who benefits from this new feature and why? Account ID: 3822 // Starin and anyone who ship's TV's on pallets. They will benefit from this feature because Smart Packing will not try to pack a TV standing up tall, on its back, or on the front when packing onto a pallet. This will greatly reduce the manual changes the customer must do on proposed shipments and rates will be more accurate. User Experience Customers will be able to flag that a SKU is a 'TV' via the Product Micro Service in the ShipHawk UI. When a proposed shipment is generated in ShipHawk, the pallet dimensions will represent that 'TV' packed onto the Pallet in the correct way --> standing upright. Acceptance Criteria User can set some sort of flag on SKUs in PMS that will identify it as a 'TV' When rating, the Packing Algorithm will always pack this SKU standing upright onto a pallet. When a Proposed Shipment (Smart Packing) is generated in ShipHawk, the Pallet dimensions will represent that the 'TV' is standing upright; no on standing tall-wise, on its back, or on its front-side. Attached photo of how a TV should always be packed onto a pallet TEST ORDER: Please review test Order in Starin's ShipHawk Production account 'NEWTVTEST' --> SKU '65UT640S0UA': item_type = 'unpacked' , unpacked_item_type = 'box' / dimensions = '62.5 x 7.75 x 38.5' RESULT: Smart Packing chooses pallet '48x40' which measures '48x40x4' // Packs the box upwards (standing straight up --> 66.5 inches high EXPECTED RESULT: Smart Packing chooses '65x40' pallet which measures '65x40x4' // Packs then TV box standing upright --> 42.5 inches high NOTE: Our system is clearly choosing the cheapest way to pack this Order so it's excluding the '65x40x4' pallet entirely and resulting in packing this TV standing tall-wise

Create the possibility that allows during scanning packing material barcodes to update all packages (not only the first) in a proposed shipment

When we scan the barcode that is generated for preset packages (/app/settings/package-presets) or packing materials (/app/settings/packing-materials), then only the first package in the proposed shipment is updated with the scanned package https://recordit.co/BWSxao3BHY

Add YouTube icon and ability to add link to channel or video on Branded Tracking Page

YouTube would be a great addition to the existing links. It is a massive platform, and drives lots of sales and revenue, meaning that it could offer residual benefits to our customers by driving more sales and traffic back to them, increasing the value of the branded tracking page as a product.

Create the possibility to get and save quote numbers (especially for LTL) when we receive rates in Netsuite on SO (when press "Get ShipHawk rates")

The customer wants to know the quote# because they can use it to dispute rates with carriers that end up higher on the carrier bill
